The Old Lion Publishing House wins the Bologna Prize for the Best Children’s Publishers of the Year
On the first day of the 60th anniversary edition of the Children's Book Fair in Bologna, the prestigious Premio BOP awards were presented. The title of best European children's publisher was awarded to Old Lion Publishing House.

Exhibition of the Silent Book Contest finalists
An exhibition of the finalists of the Silent Book Contest opened on Monday as part of the Bologna Children's Book Fair. Among the nominees was Polish illustrator Aleksandra Artymowska with her latest, as yet unpublished book Night Expedition.

Bologna Children's Book Fair began yesterday
Yesterday marked the beginning of the sixtieth anniversary edition of the Bologna Children's Book Fair. This year, as many as 43 Polish publishers will be exhibiting at Europe's largest children's book fair. The Book Institute is responsible for the organisation of the Polish stand.
