Jacek Dehnel and Piotr Tarczyński nominated for the EBRD Literature Prize
The ten nominees for the second edition of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development (ERBD) Prize included the English translation of Jacek Dehnel and Piotr Tarczyński's Tajemnica domu Helclów ("Mrs Mohr Goes Missing”). The book was translated by Antonia Lloyd-Jones, a winner of last year's Transatlantic Prize. The book was published with the support of the Polish Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
“Tajemnica domu Helclów” by Maryla Szymiczkowa in English with the support of the Book Institute
The translation of Maryla Szymiczkowa’s novel Tajemnica domu Helclów (“Mrs Mohr Goes Missing”) translated by Antonia Lloyd-Jones, last year's winner of the Transatlantyk Award, has been published in the United Kingdom. The publication of the book was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
