The Polish Book Institute

A Croatian translation of Ryszard Kapuściński's Imperium (“Empire”) has recently been published. The book was translated by Adrian Cvitanović, and the publication was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.

The Czech translation of Ryszard Kapuścinski's collection of reportage, Wojna futbolowa (“The Soccer War”), has recently been published. The book was translated by Dušan Provazník and Martin Veselka, and the publication was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.

In Slovakia, a translation of the reportage Jeszcze dzień życia (“Another Day of Life”) has been recently published. Ryszard Kapuściński’s book was translated by Patrik Oriešek. The publication of the book was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.
