Anna Zaranko receives the 2023 Found in Translation Award
The Polish Book Institute, the Polish Cultural Institute in London, and the Polish Cultural Institute in New York are delighted to announce that Anna Zaranko has been awarded the 2023 Found in Translation Award, for her translation of Wladyslaw Reymont's ‘The Peasants’, which was published by Penguin Classics in 2022.

Final call for Found in Translation Award nominations
Today marks the deadline for submitting candidates for this year's Found in Translation Award, which is awarded to the author of the best translation of Polish literature into English in the past calendar year. Translations that have been published in book form in 2022 are eligible for submission.

Found in Translation Award 2023: Nominations Open
The Polish Book Institute, Polish Cultural Institute London (PCI London) and Polish Cultural Institute New York (PCI New York) are now accepting nominations for this year’s edition of the Found in Translation Award, honoring the best translation of Polish literature into English in 2022. Nominate by February 15, 2023.
