The Polish Book Institute

Christina Lamb and Filip Gańczak received the Witold Pilecki International Award on Wednesday. They are the first winners of the award for journalistic and historical publications established this year.

The year 2021 marks the 120^th anniversary of the birth of captain Witold Pilecki. On this occasion, the Pilecki Institute is inaugurating the Witold Pilecki International Award granted for a historical book. The deadline for submissions is June 13.
