Her book Niesamowite przygody dziesięciu skarpetek (Incredible Adventures of Ten Socks), illustrated by Daniel de Latour, won The City of Warsaw Literary Award, and, as voted by the readers, it won the competition ‘Przecinek i Kropka’ organised by Empik (the largest Polish bookshop chain) for the Best Children's Book in 2015. The book was also incorporated into the list of required reading at Polish schools.

Both the first part of the sock saga and its continuation, Nowe przygody skarpetek (jeszcze bardziej niesamowite) [New Adventures of the Socks (Even More Incredible)] have gained the status of bestsellers. Pięć sprytnych kun (Five Cunning Fishers) and Pan Kardan i przygoda z vetustasem (Mr. Kardan and Adventure with Vetustas) were nominated for the IBBY Literary Award. The latter was also nominated for the Kornel Makuszyński Literary Award granted by the Municipal Public Library GALLERY OF BOOKS in Oświęcim. The writer lives in Warsaw.
