We are pleased to announce that the selections for the first round of publishers’ submissions to the ©POLAND Translation Program in 2016 has been made. Applications submitted by 31 March 2016 were considered.
The delay in announcing the results was due to a check-up on the ©POLAND Translation Program, which took place in early 2016. This check-up made it necessary to introduce changes to the program’s regulations for settling accounts with publishers applying for financial support.
The list of submissions that received support in the first round of 2016 can be found here.
NOTE: the list does not include books for young people and children – the results for these submissions will be released next week.
We should also recall that submissions can be made for the second round of the ©POLAND Translation Program until 15 November. Those results will be announced on 31 January 2017.
The next round of submissions (the first call in 2017) will begin on 1 February and run until 31 March 2017; the verdict will be declared by 31 August 2017.
