The International Fair in Abu Dhabi started yesterday

The Abu Dhabi International Book Fair (ADIBF) began yesterday, with the Book Institute participating for the second time. At our stand, we present books published abroad with the support of the ©Poland Translation Programme, including translations into Arabic, as well as books from the New Books from Poland catalogue.

Due to the growing interest of foreign publishers in Polish children's books during the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, we also present a wide selection of Polish award-winning books for the youngest readers. The presentation is accompanied by a mural designed by Joanna Rzezak.

The Abu Dhabi Fair has been held since 1981, and the ambition of the organisers is to become the most important event for the publishing industry in the Arabic-speaking countries. This year's cultural, educational, and professional programme has been enriched with the comic book scene. India is the guest of this year's edition of the fair.

The fair will last until April 30th.
