The Polish Book Institute

On 10-11 June, two meetings were held in Bari, Italy, with Janina Lesiak, author of the book Ja, Bona (“I, Bona”). Both events were organised by the Apulian Polish-Italian Association in cooperation with the Book Institute.

The biography I, Bona is an attempt to understand mother, wife, mother-in-law, and ruler - in that particular order.

Janina Lesiak's partner at both meetings was Francesco Loseto, author of the book Con le chiavi in tasca.

The first meeting was led by Aneta Banasik, the second was a literary workshop.
