Gombrowicz’s “Dziennik 1959-1969” in Macedonian with the support of the Book Institute

A translation of Witold Gombrowicz's Dziennik 1959-1969 (“Diary 1959-1969”) has been published in Macedonia. The publication of Filip Dimiewski's translation was supported by the Book Institute as part of the ©POLAND Translation Programme.

The book Дневник, as reads the title of the Macedonian translation of the book, was published by the Begemot publishing house in Skopje.

With the support of the ©POLAND Translation Programme, Filip Dimiewski has previously translated a number of works, including Czesław Miłosz's Zniewolony umysł (“The Captive Mind”), Zygmunt Miłoszewski’s Uwikłanie (“Entanglement”), as well as Kajtuś Czarodziej (“Kaytek the Wizard”) and Król Maciuś Pierwszy (“King Matt the First”) by Janusz Korczak.
