The Leipzig Book Fair will take place on 17-20 March next year. The organisers encourage the submission of applications. Thanks to the support of the government programme Neustart Kultur, all exhibitors can count on a 50% discount on their stand fee.
The Leipzig Book Fair is the most important spring meeting of the book industry, connecting readers with authors, publishers, and media companies from Germany and all over the world.
Portugal will be the guest of honour at next year's edition. A special presentation "Common ground: Literature from Southeast Europe" is also planned. Literature from countries such as Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Croatia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Northern Macedonia, Romania, Serbia, and Slovenia will be presented.
The Leipzig Book Fair is accompanied by the Reading Festival, the Manga-Comic-Con, and the Antiquarian Book Fair.
