Ogłoszono laureatów prestiżowej Nagrody Pulitzera. W kategorii „proza” nagrodę zdobył Colson Whitehead za powieść „Miedziaki”. To już druga nagroda dla amerykańskiego pisarza, w 2017 roku otrzymał Pulitzera za książkę „Kolej podziemna”.

Nagrody Pulitzera przyznawane są od 1917 roku za wybitne osiągnięcia w dziedzinie dziennikarstwa, literatury i muzyki.
