“Masz prawa, człowieku!” in Taiwan with the support of The Polish Book Institute

In Taiwan, the Chinese translation of Masz prawa, człowieku!  (‘You Have Rights, Human!’) was published. The book was translated by Wei-Yun Lin Górecka. The publication of the work by Iwona Zabielska-Stadnik and Małgorzata Węgrzecka was supported by the Book Institute as part of the © POLAND Translation Programme.

You Have Rights, Human! was published in December by Taiwan Interminds Publishing. Wei-Yun Lin Górecka has translated into Chinese Janusz Korczak, Andrzej Sapkowski, Bruno Schulz, Tadeusz Różewicz, and Wisława Szymborska, to name a few.

You Have Rights, Human! is a book that refers to the articles listed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights, but it is a story in the language of images. The illustrations were created by outstanding, multi award-winning Polish artists: Anita Andrzejewska, Jan Bajtlik, Małgorzata Bieńkowska, Marcin Bruchnalski, Iwona Cała, Agata Dudek, Kacper Dudek, Maria Ekier, Piotr Fąfrowicz, Anita Graboś, Tomasz Kozłowski, Krystyna Lipka-Sztarbałło, Piotr Nagin, Małgorzata Nowak, Andrzej Pilichowski-Ragno, Joanna Rusinek.
