Third day of the Taipei International Book Exhibition came to an end

The Polish programme on the third day of the Taipei International Book Exhibition TIBE brought numerous highlights to visitors of the event. These included a meeting with Andrzej Sapkowski and Bartosz Sztybor, a drawing workshop with Marianna Oklejak, and a presentation by the Manuscriptum Publishing House.

Tasting of Polish dishes at the Taipei International Book Exhibition

A tasting of Polish dishes - pierogi with cabbage and mushrooms as well as with potato and cottage cheese filling - took place on Wednesday in the Polish pavilion at the Taipei International Book Exhibition. The event attracted a great deal of interest.

The social campaign "Small Book – Great Man" reminds us of the benefits of reading together in a family from the first months of a child's life. It was devised in connection with a nationwide campaign, as part of which young parents will receive unique Reading Layettes in maternity wards.

The largest readership promotion campaign in Poland, and probably in the world. In this year's edition, in 500 cities and towns, there could be found free e-book rentals, available for everyone. They were available at bus stops, libraries, and cultural institutions. The Book Institute is a strategic partner of the campaign.
